Eddy Rocq began his extensive culinary career in the heart of France at the Mederic Culinary School of Paris. His devotion and unparalleled commitment to his craft has earned him a number of international awards, including placing first at the world-renowned French pastry contest, “Seduce”.
Over the years, his endless pursuit of perfection has landed him and his creations at France le Relais Saint Michel, Les Fermes de Marie, Hotel de Crillon, MeridienPlace de la Concorde, and most notably at Hotel L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA. Just like his macarons which perfectly pair texture and taste, Chef Rocq finds his constant inspiration from his loyal and loving partner, Deborah.
Always behind the scenes, Deborah has been building the Rocq brand into a global icon with her extensive knowledge in distribution, customer service, and in their corporate partnerships. What started as a sweet tooth turned into the Rocq's utilizing their extensive culinary talents and opening up their hearts to their passion, the French Macaron, and all desserts in general. Together, their sharp attention to detail and many sleepless nights are reflected in the outcome of this wonderful product.
