Shipping Policy

We Offer Local Same Day Pickup, UPS Next Day Air, LTL, and Local Delivery via DoorDash.

Local Pickup:

Online orders placed Monday through Friday between 8am - 2:30pm PST will be available 1 hour after placement. When you arrive to our facility, please ring the doorbell and a staff member will assist you. Our facility closes at 4pm PST. If you arrive after hours, your order will be unavailable and require pickup the following morning.

Online Order Shipping:

Online orders placed Monday through Wednesday, by 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Thursday through Sunday, and on Holidays, will be processed on the next normal (Monday-Wednesday) business day.

We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure packages don’t get stuck in transit facilities over the weekend. We offer UPS Next Day Air shipping to ensure the freshest quality possible and safe arrival of your products. Please note, macarons will not arrive frozen and are totally safe for consumption. A physical address is required for all shipments: we cannot ship to a P. O. Box.

Local Delivery:

We've partnered with DoorDash to make local deliveries of our products. Please refer to the DoorDash delivery policy if you encounter any issues with your order. All orders placed through DoorDash requirement resolution via their platform.

Wholesale:

Customers will be responsible for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us, recipient unavailability at the time of delivery, or stolen package.
Please refer to our ordering system and choose your method of shipping when checking out.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our product being fresh/frozen we do not accept returns. If you encounter an issue with your order please contact us via phone or email for a resolution.
